What Harbor collects
Only what comes through a source you connected yourself, plus the account details you gave us: your name, your email address, and the record of which sources are connected. Harbor does not buy data about you and does not enrich your account from anywhere else.
Why it collects it
[YOUR TEXT]
Who can read it
You, when signed in, and your Harbor agent, acting for you. What you keep is sealed with a key of your account’s own, which is never stored beside it, and your recovery key opens it with no Memriq service at all. While you are away, the agent works only from a de-identified copy — names, addresses, numbers and handles replaced before it leaves your session.
How long it is kept
Until you delete it. Disconnecting a source stops new material arriving and keeps what was already read; deleting an area’s memory removes it. Closing your account removes everything, permanently.
Taking it out
One button, on your Trust screen. You get one zip: a JSON file for each kind of thing Harbor holds, plus every document as the file you gave it, readable without Harbor.
Deleting it
Per area, or the whole account. Both are permanent and both are yours to press, on the same screen. We cannot undo either.
Sub-processors
The services Harbor’s code calls, and what each touches:
- Railway — runs Harbor’s servers.
- MongoDB Atlas and Neo4j Aura — store what Harbor holds, sealed as described above.
- OpenAI — the language model Harbor’s agent uses to read and answer.
- Google and Slack — only when you connect them, and only what you connect.
- Email goes out through Memriq’s one sender, and only to channels you set up.
